St. Luke's Lifeworks

St. Luke's LifeWorks is one of the largest providers of services to the homeless in Connecticut and the largest in lower Fairfield County. In total, they house approximately 240 people each night and serve 500-600 people each year. Their mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by helping people achieve and maintain permanent housing and stability in their lives. The video was created as a fundraising tool and to create awareness to homelessness.
